I like the shadows from the porch railing. The chair came from some old crazy antique store and used to be a usable chair but kind of disintegrated and now it's a garden thing.
It was built in 1925 so I’m sure it’s seen a lot. I wonder who lived here during the depression, during WW2, and where did they work and what did they cook and did they like it here? It’s been a rental for a really long time and it shows. When we buy it we’ll have plenty to keep us busy.

I love this photograph. chairs have stories to tell.
I was thinking exactly the same thing about the wall! I also really love the photograph. I've been back three times to look at it.

I love the light … and the bricks. They look solid but like they have put up with a lot. wonderful photo. I suspect this house has a lot of ‘history’.
